    • We cannot control API downtime, policy changes, or account bans,

    • Platform violations (e.g., rejected ads) are your sole responsibility.

9. Termination

  • By You: Cancel anytime via account dashboard.

  • By Us: We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

    • Non-payment,

    • Platform policy violations.
      Upon termination, all owed fees become immediately due.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Cap on Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.

  • Excluded Damages: We are not liable for:
